Job Summary
Were looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Developer who enjoys solving real problems and building high-quality web applications. Youll work cross-functionally with Product UX/UI designers and fellow engineers to design build and maintain tools and platforms used by clients and charities.
Youll be involved throughout the full product lifecyclefrom idea and design to development deployment and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure applications meet standards for security reliability and scalability
- Optimize applications for mobile and cross-browser compatibility
- Write clean maintainable and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Take ownership of features from concept through deployment
- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure excellent UX without compromising technical integrity
- Drive improvements in development workflows testing and deployment
- Design document and maintain clean versioned APIs

Requirements
- 4 years of professional PHP development with strong Laravel expertise
Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications
Deep understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture
Solid knowledge of JavaScript (Vue JS)
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments
Experience with Composer NPM Vite and modern build pipelines
Strong experience with unit testing integration testing and test strategies
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term maintainability
Required Skills:
