Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join our assembly team in Broken Arrow. This Structural Welder role focuses on the fabrication and assembly of skid-mounted structures in a production environment. Candidates should be comfortable working from detailed drawings while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

What the Structural Welder Will Be Doing

Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on carbon steel and structural components
Weld and assemble skid-mounted structures according to fabrication drawings
Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
Use measuring tools such as tape measures squares and calipers accurately
Support mechanical assembly alongside welding tasks
Ensure completed skids meet quality safety and production requirements

Required Qualifications for the Structural Welder

Previous structural welding experience required
Ability to pass a 3G MIG / Flux Core weld test
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic assembly skills
Ability to read blueprints and work independently
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
