As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator you will play a key role in planning coordinating and executing some of Usercentrics most high-impactthought-leadership and PR-driven initiatives. This includes managing our flagship reports supporting PR launches and coordinating cross-functional campaigns around product releases and key narratives.

This role sits inGTM Delivery and complements our creative campaign efforts by ensuring strong orchestration clarity and operational excellence across Product- and PR-led initiatives.


Your Tasks
Report PR & Product Launch Campaign Coordination
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of Usercentrics flagship reports including the Consent Report and Trust Report in close collaboration with PR Content Legal Product Marketing and external partners.
  • Co-lead our product launches managing timelines dependencies approvals and deliverables across all involved teams.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination to keep all stakeholders aligned and ensure high-quality on-time delivery.
Campaign Operations & Process Improvement (In-house & Agency)
  • Contribute to building and continuously improving our scalable campaign engine.
  • Review challenge and optimize campaign coordination processes both internally and in collaboration with our creative media agency.
  • Act as a key operational partner to the agency ensuring clear briefs efficient handoffs realistic timelines and smooth collaboration across all campaign phases.
  • Identify friction points inefficiencies or recurring blockers in campaign execution and proactively translate them into concrete process improvements.
  • Help define document and evolve best practices templates and workflows that can be reused for future campaigns.
You Bring
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing communications campaign coordination or project management.
  • Previous experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives ideally involving PR content or product launches.
  • A good understanding of B2B marketing environments; experience with PLG motions is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Confidence in managing timelines stakeholders and dependencies across teams.
  • A solid understanding of marketing channels and campaign mechanics.
  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g. Asana Monday etc.).
  • A structured proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
