Location: Washington DC Metro (Hybrid). Hybrid role with 23 days onsite at client locations. Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to be on-site two days per week.

Overview: The Senior PeopleSoft Full Stack Developer will design develop and maintain enterprise-grade PeopleSoft applications and integrations within a managed services environment. This role requires expertise across front-end and back-end technologies a strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and experience in cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Candidates must hold a DOD Secret Clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance PeopleSoft modules using PeopleTools Fluid UI and custom components.

• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems.

• Execute PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) image upgrades and PeopleTools upgrades.

• Support Oracle Database upgrades including versions 23ai and 26ai.

• Participate in migrating PeopleSoft environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Azure.

• Automate regression testing and implement CI/CD pipelines.

• Manage user roles and permissions in compliance with security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft development and administration.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools Integration Broker and Fluid UI.
• Experience with Oracle Database versions 23ai and 26ai.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Exposure to AI-driven enhancements and chatbot integrations for PeopleSoft.
