Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager
Location: Wisconsin
Salary Range: $150000
Employment Type: Full-Time
Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required to join a highly regarded supplier of CNC machines and capital equipment.
Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities across Wisconsin while strengthening relationships with current clients to grow territory presence and increase CNC machine tool sales.
- Manage and support a team of 5 Sales Engineers assisting with customer visits and conducting regular meetings to support them with targets and goals.
- Attend tradeshows and events to promote new CNC machines and precision manufacturing solutions.
- Oversee customer engagements from initial discussions through completion including training and demonstrations while managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system.
Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Requirements:
- Prior experience selling CNC machines cutting tools capital equipment workholding or similar within the precision manufacturing sector.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Business or a related field is advantageous although not a requirement.
- Willing to travel to meet customers when required.
- Must reside in Wisconsin or be willing to relocate to Wisconsin.
