Job Summary
Canidium is a leading consultancy in sales performance management and sales operations technologies. We partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing sales performance management sales operations and related sales-enabling technologies. We are based in Fort Collins CO but have team members across the US and around the world.
The IT Intern will report to the IT Manager and assist with items like troubleshooting various computer issues deploying and maintaining company computers occasionally writing scripts to automate processes and other related tasks.
The ideal candidate could start in February or March.
Canidium offers competitive hourly wages. We can be flexible with class schedules but request that you work around 20 hours a week. This position can be a hybrid between our Old Town Fort Collins office and working from home.
Responsibilities:
Computer diagnostics and troubleshooting various computer technical problems such as network connection hardware and software issues
Computer upgrade and deployment for new hires and existing employees
Refreshing upgrading and refurbishing laptop computers
Assisting in information security audit and evidence gathering
Documenting tracking and monitoring problems to facilitate a timely solution
Maintaining the fixed asset tracking system
Writing scripts to automate business tasks

Requirements:
Currently working on an Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems Cybersecurity Computer Science or a related field.
Experience troubleshooting computers printers cloud based applications phones etc.
Must be technically proficient in solving complex computer problems.
Some experience with Cyber Security and AI technologies.
Must be a current student able to work 20 hours a week within normal business hours
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
