Job Summary
Level III:
KNOWLEDGE: Having broad expertise or unique knowledge uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives
and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on significant and unique issues and projects requiring an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises
independent judgment in methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Contacts pertain to significant
matters often involving coordination among groups. Occasionally provides consultation and advice to management regarding
matters of considerable importance to the functional area.
SUPERVISION: Exercises judgment to independently determine methods and procedures for completing new or special
assignments. Occasionally provides direct or indirect supervision to other personnel.
Compensation Range:
