What Youll Do
As a Housekeeping Supervisor youll be responsible for:
- Oversee room attendants and public area cleaners during shifts
- Assign tasks and ensure room status is updated in PMS
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and standards
- Support onboarding and training for new housekeeping staff
- Collaborate with maintenance and front desk for smooth daily ops
What You Bring
- 12 years of hotel housekeeping experience
- Keen eye for detail and Marriottn or Hilton cleanliness expectations
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
