POSITION SUMMARY
TheSAP HCMAnalystisaSAPfunctional analystpositionresponsible forSAP/ Success Factorsproduction support and ongoing development. The position will haveresponsibilitiesfocused on HR/Payrollbut will also serve as backup support in all areas. There canalsobe requirements to support non-SAP systemsthat interface with SAP.
KEY JOBRESPONSIBILITIES*:
Leadsinitiatives/projects by partneringand prioritizingwith business owners to perform process analysis gather business requirementsand documentenhancement specifications to align with company goals.
Leadssupport for Barton MalowsSAP / Success Factorssystems including custom functionality and releases/upgrades while coordinating efforts with our SAP Solutions Team.
PerformsSAP configuration tasks as required by new or changing business requirements.
Collaborateswith SAP Developers and other SAP Systems Analysts to debug system issues and help deliver custom development and enhancements.
Leadsunitintegrationand user acceptance tests for SAP functionality. Developstest plans and test casesstagestest data anddocumentstest results.
Partnerswith business owners to curate and deliverad hoc reports complex reports and analytics taking advantage of current options and learning new/emergingtechnologyto support business requirements audits etc.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
3-6 years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors fulllifecycleprojects support/upgradesstakeholderengagement; experienced in payroll processing isrequired.
Configuration (EC ECP Workforce Software) data management reportingintegrationtech testing tools.
Experience working inconstruction or industrial industries is preferred.
Bachelors degree inInformation Technology Computer Science BusinessAdministrationor related field.
Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors SAP HCM PMP encouraged.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/JOB CONDITIONS:
Travel forproject assignments may berequiredbased on Company needs.
