An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to manage residential sales secure new instructions and deliver consistent results within an independent estate agency in Bushey.

This role is suited to a Senior Sales Negotiator seeking career progression within an independent residential sales and lettings agency operating in the Bushey area.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing residential property sales from instruction to completion
• Carrying out property valuations and securing new listings
• Generating new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Working towards and achieving agreed sales targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential property sales experience
• Proven success in a sales-based role
• Valuation and listing experience preferred
• NFOPP / NAEA qualification beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• High standard of presentation and organisation
• Knowledge of Bushey and surrounding areas advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
