Chennai (or) Bangalore - Office Based.
As a member of our Consulting Team you understand our customers most pressing business performance challenges and you are committed to helping our customers solve complex challenges in the distributed value chain that is prevalent in manufacturing today.
What you will do
- Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and developrequirements specifications documentation.
- Collaborates closely with agile team members to support the configuration implementation ofMaestro software to enable the solution according to our customers distinct needs
- Translate business requirements into Kinaxis Maestro software specifications following supplychain industry trends and best practices.
- Support senior team members in providing creative solutions to complex business problemswhile maintaining best practices.
- Participate in data management and data integration activities including source systems datatransformation data loading data cleanup and validation.
- Perform training of customer end users on the configured solution.
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve issues of the configured solutions escalatingto senior team members as needed.
- Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
- Actively engage guide and mentor to develop the skills of junior consultants on projects.
- Any other reasonable project related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
What we are looking for
- Candidates with results-oriented mindset focusing on improving client satisfaction andproviding a very high standard of service driving towards Kinaxiss success.
Sound knowledge of supply chain concepts including statistical forecasting inventory management MRP scheduling etc. coupled with software consulting experience.
Overall experience between 310 years with minimum 3 years of consulting or SCM tool implementation exposure.
- Strong intent to learn our first in class product Maestro
- Work in a fast-paced project environment and co-ordinate with members at all levels in anorganization
- Highly adaptable professional able to embrace teamwork in diverse and evolving workenvironments.
- Capability to lead by example having the drive to think in an innovative way and have passionabout new challenges
- Ability to solve complex problems think critically and make sound judgement decisions.
- A passion for working in customer facing roles that require high level of interpersonalcommunication facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English both verbally and in writingTechnical skills such as SQL R Java Script Python etc.
- Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis SAP JDA etc. is an addedadvantage
