University Behavioral Institute is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) to join our team in Livonia MI. This role involves providing compassionate and comprehensive social work services to our clients ensuring their well-being and support throughout their care journey. Most is remote some is with clients. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals in need and will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Provide counseling and support to clients and their families addressing emotional social and mental health concerns.
• Coordinate services and referrals with community resources and healthcare providers.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Advocate for clients rights and access to necessary services.

Requirements

• Current Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) credential.
• Experience in social work within a healthcare or home care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
