Job Summary

Team Red Dog is seeking a Global Channel Marketing & Field Readiness Program Manager to support a global productivity and collaboration leader. This fully remote role is a unique opportunity to orchestrate worldwide go-to-market execution by translating global campaign strategy into actionable field-ready plans. You will serve as the connective tissue between corporate marketing and regional field teams ensuring marketing assets communications and readiness plans land effectively across global retail and partner ecosystems.

  1. Project & Program Management 35 years of experience driving schedules coordinating stakeholders managing workbacks and delivering against deadlines in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
  2. Global Marketing & Communications 3 years creating and managing newsletters agendas community communications and presentations for a global audience across regions and time zones.
  3. AI Workflow Fluency 12 years (or demonstrated capability) using AI-powered tools to streamline communications planning insights gathering and operational workflows.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Proven ability to partner with product marketing channel leads regional teams and account teams to drive alignment and execution.

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers high visibility and global impact serving as the orchestrator for worldwide channel marketing readiness. You will own the rhythm of field communications help shape playbook enablement and ensure regional teams are equipped with the right assets guidance and insights to execute major launches such as Back to School and Holiday. Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of communications operations and project management this role provides autonomy influence and the chance to build systems that scale across future cycles.

How you will make an impact:
Translate worldwide GTM and campaign guidance into actionable field readiness plans.
Co-manage channel marketing content creation to ensure assets and playbooks land on time with regional field teams.
Drive dynamic Line of Business community communications to keep global marketers informed aligned and focused on priorities.
Act as the primary liaison between regional field teams and corporate marketing elevating feedback and insights.
Track marketing asset utilization and effectiveness to inform future development cycles.
Build and nurture the global M365 marketer community across regions.
Plan and execute monthly global community calls including agendas speakers and content readiness.
Draft and distribute monthly newsletters highlighting product updates assets and key changes.
Co-lead readiness calendars and workback schedules for major launches ensuring milestones are met.

The expertise you bring:
Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
57 years of related experience in marketing communications or program management.
Experience with thru-partner or channel marketing ideally in retail or partner-driven ecosystems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a global audience.
Proven ability to work effectively in matrixed cross-functional environments.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Self-starter mindset with a customer-service orientation and desire to learn.
