Iron Bull Distillery is a part of the Sazerac Company. We are in Halethorpe Maryland and offer a great work culture competitive compensation and benefits as well as a focus on work/life balance.

Operating schedule: Monday through Thursday.

  • Nights: 5:00pm-3:00am

  • OT as needed on Fridays

Responsible ofalltaskrelated to the bottling line which includes but is not limited to; case feeding bottle feeding (Feeder/Cleaner) quality inspection case packing and cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and comply with safety requirements of the position; keep safety top of mind at all times and prevent co-workers from working all safety concerns and all accidents and near misses in safety inspections and accident workplace clean and free of debris at all times
• Understand and work with established standards to deliver the highest and most consistent levels of excellent customer service. New products are developed produced and shipped on schedule in full and meet agreed upon quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to all Personal Safety Food Safety Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices. Own the standard operating procedure for the job and perform in accordance with standards. Continuously seek ways to improve performance and improve quality driven actions that lead to the award winning results. Actively engage in keeping work area and facility up to the established standards.
• Improve at least one skill each year as agreed with supervisor. Deliver on performance against outcomes.
• Continually seek ways to improve performance as measured by departmental Key Performance Indicators. Recommend ideas to reduce costs.
• Perform job in a responsible manner and in compliance with Company policies and procedures as well as applicable regulatory requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• 1 year experience in manufacturinglandscapingor warehouse environment
