The New Patient Coordinator is a vital part of the Talking Tadpoles administrative team and is the first point of contact for our families and physicians who partner with TT as it relates to processes for customer service intake & referral management and new patient scheduling.
The New Patient Coordinator is highly organized customer/client-focused self-motivated reliable and has a keen attention to detail excellent time management skills exceptional interpersonal skills and is able to adapt to new processes quickly. This role requires daily a mix of high-quality personal engagement with families and other team members on the phone in person and through email.
The New Patient Coordinator serves as a patient/family care advocate for the practice and reports to the New Patient Coordinator Lead and Junior Lead and in their absence the Operations Director.
Daily Responsibilities:
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday (unpaid 30-minute lunch) and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Pay: $16.50/hour

Required Experience:
IC
Individualized speech, language, feeding & occupational therapy to address difficulties for children ages birth to 20 in Lake Worth, Eagle Mountain, Azle, FW...
