The team Tribe
You will join a dynamic self-steering strategy and distribution team within INGs Insurance Tribe. Together with colleagues from different areas of expertise you will work on projects that accelerate growth innovate to enhance our digital propositions and strengthen our partnerships. Roles and responsibilities
In this role you will be the commercial expert in the team analysing customer behaviour creating and shaping business cases developing business projections and driving projects with your team and important stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage external stakeholder relationships and 3rd-party partnerships.
- Define targets and lead performance meetings with partners.
- Act as the insurance domain expert sharing industry knowledge within the team.
- Lead project management for new proposition development and implementation.
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to define distribution strategies.
- Optimize customer journeys through funnel analysis and friction removal based on data insights.
- Conduct risk analysis and ensure compliance with policies and procedures aligning with 1LoD and 2LoD requirements.

- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Process-oriented able to dive deep into content and complex matters.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Project management expertise and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in self-steering teams.
About you
- Bachelors degree (masters preferred)
- Proven experience in marketing product management or distribution within the insurance industry
- Currently residing in the Netherlands
