The Impact Youll Make
- 设计并开发高可用高扩展的后端架构支持每日千亿级请求
- 优化广告投放实时竞价数据处理等核心服务的性能与稳定性
- 构建高效数据存储及处理方案应对海量广告与用户数据
- 提供稳定清晰的API接口赋能广告管理及数据分析等功能
- 持续进行系统性能调优提升吞吐降低延迟保障高并发场景可靠性
Who You Are
- 1-3年后端开发经验计算机相关专业本科及以上学历
- 扎实的计算机基础深刻理解数据结构算法操作系统等
- 精通至少一门后端语言Java/Go/C具备高性能代码设计和优化能力
- 熟悉分布式系统原理与实践有SQL/NoSQL数据库调优经验
- 具备海量数据处理和实时数据管道开发经验熟悉大数据相关技术者优先
- 优秀的发现和解决问题能力持续学习热情良好团队协作和沟通能力
- 责任感强结果导向能主动推动项目进展并追求卓越
