Full-Time Associate Dentist
Victoria BC
A well-established dental practice in beautiful Victoria BC is seeking a passionate patient-focused Associate Dentist to join their collaborative and supportive team. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced clinicians and new grads looking for a workplace that values mentorship clinical autonomy teamwork and long-term professional growth.
Position Details:
Schedule: MondayThursday 8:004:00 (Friday available for a 5-day week)
Compensation: 40% commission
Operatories: 12 chairs depending on the day
Support: One CDA provided; a second CDA can be hired if preferred
Job Type: Full-Time

What Youll Do:
Complete thorough examinations and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages
Administer local anesthesia for restorative surgical and endodontic procedures
Offer orthodontic and cosmetic treatments; experience with Invisalign or SureSmile is an asset
Educate patients on oral health and prevention
Work closely with hygienists assistants and admin team to ensure exceptional care
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
What You Bring:
2 years of experience preferred also new grads welcome
Valid license to practice dentistry in BC
Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a supportive team-driven environment
