Romanos Smash Repairs is an established smash repair workshop located in Willetton providing quality accident repair and bodywork services for most makes and models of vehicles. With over 35 years of experience and a team of 20 staff (including 8 tradesmen and 3 apprentices) we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Full-Time Apprentice Panel Beater to join our team and work towards a Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and build a rewarding career in the automotive repair industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble vehicles and parts (interior and exterior)
- Repair panels using hand and machine tools
- Repair plastic components
- Structural straightening using computer measuring technology (2nd/3rd year)
- Read and interpret manufacturer repair procedures
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Maintain a positive attitude and high level of motivation
- Adhere to all Work Health & Safety policies
- Deliver high standards of work and vehicle presentation

Preferred Skills & Requirements
- Drivers licence (or working towards one)
- Pre-apprenticeship completed (not essential)
- Second-year apprentice welcome to apply
