Whatyoulldo

  • Dayto day editingwritingand publishing of a high volume ofnew and existingwebsite contentensuring contentmeetsNSW governmentcontent principlesand digitalstandards.

  • Provide team leadershipsupportand advicetocontentteammemberswhileassistingyour manager in triaging and prioritisation of publishing jobs.

  • Deliver high-quality website content that is user-focusedaccessibleand aligned with content strategy.

  • Utilise Drupal templatesmodulesand other digital tools for effective and engaging presentation of content.

  • Monitor and respond to contentpublishingrequestswithin agreed service standards.

  • Provideexpert guidance on UX SEO/GEO information architectureaccessibilityand web standards.

  • Assistin the active reviewandassessment of content for retirement working toagreed content governance standards.

  • Analyse website performance to improve content accessibilityengagementand quality.

  • Monitorand respondtourgent Ministerial requestsand department announcements or launchesthat may require occasional weekend orafter-hourspublishing.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications digital media orrelevant field or equivalent skills and/or relevant industry experience.
