Edge-Up Summer Internship Programme 2026
Duration:August September 2026 (approx. 7 weeks)
Location:Tokyo Japan
Ready to accelerate your career BAT Japans Edge-Up Internship is a paid hands-on experience designed to sharpen your skills and expand your professional horizons. Over seven weeks youll work on real business challenges gain exposure to a global organization and explore your future career path. For high-performing interns this programme may lead directly to full-time opportunities.
Internship Functions: Choose your path and make an impact!
- Marketing Shape brand strategy and consumer engagement
- Commercial Drive business growth and market execution
- Finance Support strategic decision-making and financial planning
- Human Resources Build talent and culture in a global organization
- Operations Optimize supply chains and sourcing strategies
Qualifications:
- Were looking for ambitious globally minded students who are ready to challenge themselves
- Able to join an in-person 7-week internship between AugSep 2026 (Dates TBC)
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Less than 2 years of full-time work experience
- Must be 20 years or older at the time of internship
