Job Summary
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering leader tocollaborate and partneracrosshigh-performing cross-functional software engineering teams.In this role you will drive technical excellence settechnical direction create space for innovation and model the ownership behaviors that define our engineering culture.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate and partner across high-performing cross-functional software engineering teams
Set technical direction and ensure alignment with organizational strategy

QUALIFICIATIONS
Bachelorsdegree in Computer Scienceor similar field
8 yearsof experience in software engineering data science or applied AI
Proven ability to build working prototypes and AI applications using modern languages and frameworks
Experience inlifesciences or manufacturing industries
