Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the organization which has been recognized for its strong team-centric culture. As an Employee Benefits Account Manager you will manage client accounts provide exceptional service and ensure the seamless delivery of employee benefits solutions. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $120000 (commensurate with experience; highly experienced candidates may earn over $100000).
- Competitive benefits package paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
- Hybrid schedule available (2 days per week remote).
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts ranging from 100 to 1000 lives across various industries.
- Provide expert guidance on employee benefits including all lines of coverage.
- Assist clients during enrollment periods by explaining benefits and addressing inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
- Support producers by servicing renewals and quoting new business as needed.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management or a related field.
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.
- Strong generalist knowledge of all lines of coverage and industries.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centric environment.
