Job Summary

Role Summary:The desired candidate will have supervisory experience in a quick service style restaurant or high volume kitchen. The Food and BeverageSupervisor will be primarily responsible for the Food and Beverage Operations in the Waterpark and other essential addition the desired candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Beach Park F&B standards company values and daily goals are achieved.

Duties:

  • Willingness to accept the most effective role.

  • Providing guests with exceptional service.

  • Ensuring that all Beach Park F&B standards company values and daily goals are achieved.

  • Monitoring cleaning rotation schedule onthedaily basis.

  • Assistingthe team with Cashier and Cook duties during high volume times.

  • Monitoring portioning and ensure quality food preparation to control foodbeverageand other supplies and enforce FIFO at all times.

  • Assistingwith all aspects of inventory control including ordering receivingcountingand forecasting.

  • Ensuring cleanliness of food stand areas; stock and prepare food items asrequired.

  • Monitoring volume in food locations to maximize productivity and keep labor costs within budget.

  • Verifying and supervising food locations are prepared for the next day.

  • Maintaining proper daily documentation.

  • Mustmaintaina clean organized work area and complete end-of-shift cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must be friendly and outgoing with a high customer service acumen.

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers and TABC Certificate.

  • Must be willing and able to work long summer hoursholidaysand weekends throughout the year.

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Physical Requirements:

  • Standing with or without movement for extended periods of time.

  • Exposure to sun andhigh temperatures working outdoors for extended periods of time.

  • Must be able to bend push up to 50lbsandlift upto 20lbs.

  • Mustfrequentlyuse hands to handle or feel objects tools orcontrols;andreach withhands and arms.
