The Opportunity

How Youll Make an Impact
- Ensure quality and on-time delivery of electrical designs.
- Lead design reviews for special projects and provide technical guidance.
- Monitor team performance and prepare efficiency and quality reports.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
- Drive initiatives to improve output and enhance design processes.
- Support manufacturing operations and provide technical expertise.
- Promote the use of ITM tools for process improvements and problem resolution.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design and leadership.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multicultural teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of transformer design and failure resolution preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD Creo and programming (SQL Power BI).
