Grooms Bibs

The Grooms Bib is responsible for handing out bibs to grooms and schoolers.

• Hands out the corresponding numberedbibs to the groom on their way to the Paddock.
• Provides schooling vests to thosegroomswho will be schooling a horse in the Paddock.
• Working conditions include Thoroughbred and Quarter Horses.

• Must be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing License.

• Responsible for fostering a fun environment being gracious to all guests and co-workers.

• Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.

• Enthusiastically supports actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

• Behavior and appearance must be in compliance with established standards.

• Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff.

• Frequent standing walking stooping bending reaching climbing steps and sitting.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Horseshoe Indianapolis is a smoking establishment therefore must be able to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be able to work in a highly populated fast-paced and noisy environment.
