WANTED! Senior Sales Negotiator. An exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agent to manage sales activity generate new business and progress their career within an independent residential estate agency in Eaton Bray.

This role suits an experienced estate agency professional seeking career progression within an independent sales and lettings business operating across the Dunstable and Eaton Bray area.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing residential property sales from instruction to completion
  • Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions
  • Generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong pipelines
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous residential property sales experience
  • Proven track record in a sales-based role
  • Valuation and listing experience preferred
  • NFOPP / NAEA qualification advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • High standards of presentation and organisation
  • Knowledge of Dunstable and surrounding areas beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
