How Youll Make an Impact
As the Global Director of Channel Solution Engineering you will be the primary technical catalyst for Boomis indirect revenue growth. By transforming our partner ecosystem into a high-performance engine of technical excellence you ensure that Boomi isnt just a tool in a partners portfolio but the foundational architecture for their digital transformation practices. Your leadership will directly influence Boomis global reach enabling partners to deliver integrated experiences to thousands of customers worldwide with speed and precision.
The ideal candidate brings a significant number years of experience in technical leadership specifically at the intersection ofpartner ecosystems and solution engineering. You must demonstrate a proven track record of building and leading high-performing SE teams that support Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to deliver desired outcomes. We are looking for a strategic leader who has successfully designed sell-with and embedded technical motions possessing the executive presence to influence partner CTOs while maintaining the technical depth to oversee complex co-engineering projects and certification programs.
Key Qualifications:
Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to define the technical vision for a channel organization moving beyond tactical support to strategic partner enablement.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of how to align product roadmaps with the service offerings of major partners to create unique repeatable market solutions.
Commercial Acumen: Experience driving revenue through technical advocacy ensuring partner SEs are fully autonomous and capable of leading their own technical sales cycles.
What Youll Do
Lead a World-Class Team: Recruit mentor and inspire a global team of Channel Solutions Engineers fostering a culture of technical curiosity and partner advocacy.
Own Technical Relationships: Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key technical stakeholders for strategic partners.
Architect Technical Vision: Define the technical vision for how Boomi supports GSIs SIs and OEM opportunities ensuring a consistent world-class partner experience across all regions.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Lead technical discussions with partners to establish credibility and trust that Boomi is the right solution for their portfolio.
Drive Partner-Led Autonomy: Develop sophisticated enablement frameworks that move partners from shadowing to leading complex technical sales cycles and architecture reviews.
Build Solution Blueprints: Collaborate with the field Solution Engineering team to create repeatable industry-specific Solution-in-a-Box offerings that combine Boomis platform with partner-led services.
Bridge Product & Channel: Act as the voice of the partner to Boomis Product and Engineering teams ensuring our roadmap addresses the unique needs of large-scale partner deployments.
Measure Success: Establish and track technical KPIs that correlate enablement activities to shortened sales cycles and increased partner-originated ACV (Annual Contract Value).
