Office cleaning
Team Management Supervising cleaning staff assigning daily tasks and ensuring proper staffing levels across different areas or shifts. This includes training new hires on safety protocols cleaning procedures and company standards.
Quality Control Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet facility requirements and client expectations. Documenting any deficiencies and implementing corrective actions when needed.
Supply and Equipment Management Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment placing orders when needed and ensuring all tools are properly maintained and functioning safely.
Safety Compliance Enforcing safety protocols ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and reporting any workplace incidents or hazards.
Problem Resolution Addressing client complaints resolving conflicts within the team and troubleshooting operational challenges that arise during cleaning operations.
The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards while managing both people and processes efficiently.
