About the Role
As Head Veterinary Nurse you will:
- Oversee and support the nursing team to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Manage day-to-day clinical operations and workflow.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior nurses.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and practice management to ensure smooth practice operations.
About You
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for animal care and client service.
