As a Customer Service Expert you will play a key role in managing the full ordertodelivery process for our customers. You will process orders across multiple channels coordinate order handling invoicing and logistics and build strong longterm customer relationships. You will also collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues improve service levels and optimize delivery performance. Essential Job Functions:
- Process customer orders accurately and on time across all channels with exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate order processing invoicing shipping and delivery with plants warehouses freight forwarders and logistics teams.
- Manage the full order fulfillment cycle from order entry to customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer requests and order changes while maintaining clear documentation.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
- Resolve customer issues by working closely with internal teams across Sales Quality Product Management Transportation and Warehousing.
- Monitor and manage backorders to ensure ontime infull delivery.
- Handle import/export and shipping documentation including letters of credit and special export requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing procedures and customer needs.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent problemsolving ability and sound judgment.
- Strong timemanagement and prioritization skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas pivot tables data analysis; VBA is a plus).
- Proficiency in SAP SD (order management pricing billing).
- Knowledge of SAP MM (inventory purchasing MRP)
