WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for energetic enthusiastic indiviuals who are passionate about working in the food & beverage indisutry! As the Bartender at Rocky Crest you will be an integral part of the front of house operations. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing a high level of customer service and is able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide assistance to servers in the restaurant and/or patio with table service to guests
- Assist with set up and tear down of banquet functions
- Provide guests with beverage selections both alcoholic and non alcoholic
- Prepare beverages in accordance with provincial liquor laws and resorts standards
- Maintain inventory of beers wines and spirits
- Set up and dismantling of bars - both service and public
- Upsell products to guests
- Responsible for personal shift accounting procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- A self-starter and team player
- Smart Serve certification required
- Extensive knowledge of beers wines spirits and specialty drinks
- Able to work in high demand situations
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days evenings weekends and holidays.
- Must be available to work into the fall
