Were looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional & Technical Consultant to join our team and deliver innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

About the Role

This role combines business analysis with technical expertise. Youll work closely with stakeholders to design configure and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that are user-friendly and technically robust. From gathering requirements to developing customisations and integrations youll be involved in the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse business requirements and map processes to Dynamics 365 functionality.

Configure modules (Finance Sales Customer Service & Field Service).

Develop customisations plugins and integrations using C# .NET JavaScript and Azure services.

Support data migration testing and user training.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with governance and security standards.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business or related field.

35 years experience with Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM solutions.

Proven track record in end-to-end implementations.

Technical skills in C# .NET JavaScript Azure services API integrations.

Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Power Platform Solution Architect) are highly regarded.
