Job Summary

  • Perform incoming inspection of medical devices including visual inspection and dimensional measurement
  • Verify an document product compliance with regulatory and company requirements
  • Identify and document non-conformance found during inspection 
  • Participate in investigations related to non-conformance or product quality issues
  • Assist with the development and implementation of inspection procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection results 
  • Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and other departments as needed

Qualifications :

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge skill and or ability required. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in quality control related field preferred
  • Knowledge of medical devices regulations and standards preferred
  • Ability to use measuring tools and equipment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Word and Excel 

PHYSICL DEMANDS

This position requires the ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time as well as the ability to bend stoop and lift objects. Walk extended distances as needed.
