BAYADA is seeking experienced LPNs to deliver high-acuity one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Manhattan Brooklyn Queens Staten Island and the Bronx. As a Take Home Lead Nurse youll take on varied assignments - supporting new case starts urgent callouts and complex care needs. This role is for LPNs who are skilled adaptable and driven by purpose.
What Youll Earn
- $45/hour
- Weekly pay
- Comprehensive benefits (PTO 401k medical/dental/vision)
What Youll Work
- Full-time or part-time (minimum two consistent scheduled shifts/week)
- 12-hour day and night shifts available
- 2 weekend shifts/month required
What You Need
- Active LPN license in the state of New York
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- 1 year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
- Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
- Willingness to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan Brooklyn Queens Staten Island and the Bronx
- Strong clinical skills flexibility and a proactive mindset
