Scrum Master

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science engineering physics or similar disciplines
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Certified Scrum Master SAFe Certified Scrum Master or other similar certification
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Minimum of five or more years of industry experience
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Possess good time-management skills
• Proven effective interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge and experience of agile scrum as well as knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
• Experience with JIRA for task management and Confluence for project documentation
• Outstanding communication facilitation negotiation and coaching skills
• Enjoys working with people in a fast moving innovative environment
• Adept at refinement story management estimation velocity retrospection and other Scrum techniques

• Previous software development experience is a plus
• Possess a great work ethic
