Job Summary:
We seek motivated and results-driven Work-from-Home Appointment Setters to join our team at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of this commission-only role you will contact cold leads via phone and text to schedule appointments for our tune-up services. Your goal will be to generate and secure appointments to fill our calendar focusing on maintaining high performance and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducted cold calls and text messages to potential customers using predictive or manual dialing systems.
- Schedule appointments for our tune-up services and ensure the calendar is filled with a minimum of nine appointments per day.
- Verify and confirm appointments to ensure successful completion.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set.
Compensation:
- $15 per completed appointment.
- The commission is paid weekly on Fridays following the completion of the appointment.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in cold calling and predictive dialing techniques.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively handle objections and overcome resistance.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Experience in appointment setting or similar roles is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound calling preferably in a sales or appointment-setting role.
- Familiarity with predictive dialing systems and CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
