Our independently owned Hand & Stone spa owners are onsite or just a message away. As a Licensed Massage Therapist youll join a tight-knit team where most therapists stay long-term thriving in our supportive environment. You can choose to add in a 15 min buffer between sessions.
Role and Responsibilities: As a Licensed Massage Therapist you will:
- Provide customized massages to meet client needs.
- Build client relationships for consistent care.
- Keep therapy rooms and shared spaces clean and professional.
- Team up with our front desk for smooth scheduling.
Qualifications: To succeed as a Licensed Massage Therapist you need:
- Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License (Required).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Great communication and client-focused skills.
- Reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
Schedule
- Sunday 10-6 (last appointment at 5PM)
- Mon-Sat 10-8 (last appointment at 7PM)
Compensation Structure: As a Licensed Massage Therapist youll earn:
- Extras: Tips (same day payout available)
- Extras: Commissions on every enhancement (they stack)
- Potential Earnings: Listed pay range is an average of base pay tips and commission working 15 hours a week
- Transparency: If you work a 90 minute session you will get paid for 90 minutes
- Protection: Paid for cancellations/no-shows.
