Patient and clinical support:
The duties can include;
- Delivering patient care
- Advising on patient procedures
- Registering new patients
- Managing prescriptions letters specimen bottles
Administration:
The duties can include;
- Data entry onto internal systems
- Scanning patient information
- Updating patient records
- Covering reception
- Handling enquiries efficiently
We would welcome applications from organised adaptable and friendly individuals who are keen to help us provide high levels of patient care. Applicants should be experienced in their field and qualified.
You should also have the following attributes and skills;
- Ability to work in a polite confidential and discreet manner respecting patients and colleagues at all times.
- Experience of working with the general public being sensitive and empathic in distressing situations.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong IT and administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous medical or healthcare receptionist experience is desirable.

The De Parys Groups priority is to provide the highest standard of clinical care to the 38000 patients registered with the practice. We aim to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and support organisations to enable more patients to be treated in a primary care setting closer to home. We embrace a continuous improvement ethos and strive to ensure that we are available to patients when they need a consultation. We have a strong training ethos within the practice with a team of medical and non-medical educators as well as opportunities for non-clinical staff to develop and progress.
TDPG is fortunate to have its own dispensaries at our De Parys and Bromham addition to our routine GMS services we offer a comprehensive range of services including minor surgery LARC provision and anticoagulation clinics.
We have high QOF achievement and excellent KPIs within the group.
