Job Summary
- Ensures confidentiality of information of clients.
- Welcome to the clients who are coming to take any services from LPK.
- Performs weight and height measuring of clients in advance for consultation.
- Record vital signs (temperature respiratory rate pulse rate blood pressure) and monitor if necessary.
- Prepare the files for consultation in advance.
- Keep files systematically at the end of the day.
- Assist Medical officer in his/her consultation as required (e.g. preparation of client for physical and genital examination).
- Assist in drug dispensing.
- Assist in appointing clients for next visit.
- Work in line with patient flow facilitators peers CW and CO for adjusting waiting hours of clients for consultation.
- Ensures universal hygiene precaution and follows infection control procedures.
- Ensures daily cleaning of clinic.
- Perform cleaning of instruments used in the consultation hour at the end of every day.
- Perform autoclaving of instruments as per instruction by supervisor and medical officers.
- Ensure the disposal of medical waste every day.
- Ensure the disposal of non-medical waste twice per week.
