Bachelors Degree In Electrical Engineering

Experience in Automotive Industry (7-10 years)

Minimum 5 years of experience in DC electric motors (direct current)

Experience handling projects for transferring lines and/or installations of new lines

Knowledge of project and product costing

Leadership skills

Advanced English (Will be in constant communication with Corporate)

Use of Softwares: Autocad/Solidworks Tia Portal (PLC) is a plus Labview is a plus

Knowledge in norms and aplicable legislations

APQP PPAP PFMEA Lean manufacturing Interpret drawings

Knowledge in methologies to handle the area

Develop Work instructions and procedures

Error Proofing or Pokayoke

Involvement in reduction of scrap

Engineering changes

Continuous improvement
