Job Summary
As an Enrolled Nurse at our Cranbourne North village youll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse supporting residents with their clinical and personal care needs and contributing to a positive homelike environment.
What you will do:
- Deliver resident care including administering medications monitoring vital signs and documenting observations.
- Support and guide Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of care.
- Draft and contribute to resident care plans under RN supervision.
- Lead by example coaching and motivating PCWs on your shift.
- Monitor resident wellbeing identify and report risks or issues and ensure infection control practices are followed.
- Complete assessments assist with examinations and provide culturally appropriate education to residents and families.
- Foster positive interpersonal relationships with residents families and the wider clinical team.
We have a variety of shifts available throughout the week including mornings and afternoons. Shift options below:
- Morning shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Afternoon shift: 2:45pm - 10:00pm
This role will commence on the 16th March 2026 and will start with 2-3 week of full-time training Monday - Friday.

Qualifications :
Youll bring with you:
- Hold an Enrolled Nursing Diploma (or equivalent).
- Have a positive can do attitude and genuine interest in working with older people.
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
- Emotionally resilient and a strong team player.
