Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll contribute to the enhancement of our Quality & Continuous Improvement efforts by developing and delivering top-tier technical publications and training relatd to railway signaling subsystems. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering installation system integration test safety validationand project management) revising courseware material to ensure high quality and much more. Youll apply your extensive signaling systems knowledge in a role central to our projects success.
Well look to you for:
Participating in customer base knowledge analysis
Identifying training objectives and needs
Developing training program concepts and requirements
Preparing supplier standards and work instructions
Revising and commenting on training deliverables from suppliers
Ensuring the relevance of technical information in training materials
Writing and updating lesson plans manuals and training aids
Creating examinations aligned with course objectives
Coordinating logistics and material availability for training execution

Bachelors degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or a Technician Degree with equivalent experience
Experience or understanding of Installation Test & Commissioning or Validation & Verification activities for signaling projects
Knowledge of railway installation processes and interface with Design Installation stakeholders
Strong communication skills in English (read written spoken)
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and work collaboratively
Flexibility and availability for short or long missions in different locations and countries
Analytical thinking to solve complex system failures and prioritize customer satisfaction.
