Greenkeeper

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused Greenkeeper to join our busy Greenkeeping this role you will support the day-to-day upkeep and presentation of our Championship Golf Course helping to maintain it to the highest possible standard throughout the year.

You will need a positive can-do attitude and be happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions. No two days are the same and your work will play a vital part in ensuring an outstanding golfing experience.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Mowing greens fairways and surrounding areas

• Irrigating and fertilising turf

• Strimming and general course maintenance

• Raking and maintaining bunkers

• Aerating turf and assisting with renovations of greens and tees

• Supporting course improvement projects such as new pathways and bunker renovations

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7 and will include weekend and bank holidays.

Qualifications :

• Previous Greenkeeping experience in a similar role (advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided)

• Adaptable and willing to turn your hand to a wide range of tasks

• A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards

• Ability to use relevant machinery including ride-on mowers

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
