DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Lead co-selling and joint business development initiatives with strategic partners positioning Oracle CSS service offerings to support customer success cloud adoption and modernization journeys.
- Collaborate with partners to co-create and tailor service packages aligned with customer needs including AI-enabled cloud and SaaS-based service propositions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners enabling them to position Oracle CSS services as part of broader solution offerings increasing deal value and customer outcomes.
- Support sales teams by:
- Identifying opportunities where CSS services add business value
- Contributing to deal strategy and service positioning
- Supporting proposal construction and partner-led sales motions
- Drive partner enablement programs focused on the CSS portfolio value-based selling and innovation use cases.
- Contribute to Marketplace and digital go-to-market initiatives supporting partners in creating innovative repeatable and scalable service offerings leveraging Oracle platforms and ecosystems.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (CSS delivery product operations marketing and sales) to ensure service offers are commercially viable and operationally executable.
- Identify market trends and customer demands (e.g. AI automation cloud modernization) and translate them into new partner-driven service opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience working with partner ecosystems alliances and indirect sales models.
- Proven ability in:
- Partner business development
- Joint demand Generation
- Co-selling motions with sales teams
- Solid understanding of:
- Cloud and SaaS business models
- How services accelerate customer adoption and value realization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively across:
- Partners
- Sales organizations
- Services and technical teams
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Experience with AI initiatives emerging technologies or innovation programs is highly desirable.
