Job Summary

Role Overview

Develop coordinated BIM models for station/tunnel MEP systems to support LOD progression coordination quantities and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model HVAC plumbing drainage fire protection and coordination interfaces in Revit.
  • Run clash detection and support coordination workshops with all disciplines.
  • Extract drawings/schedules and support procurement MTO/BOQ from the model.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards BEP naming and model QA checklists.
  • Maintain models and packages in ACC/ProjectWise through controlled workflows.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services (or related).
  • 10 years in MEP BIM on stations/airports/large buildings/transport hubs.
  • Familiarity with codes interface (ASHRAE/NFPA/IBC) and constructability practices.
  • Proven experience delivering LOD 300350 (and vendor integration preferred).

Revit MEP Navisworks ACC/ProjectWise (ETAP/Dialux exposure preferred).
