Job Summary
Role Overview
Develop coordinated BIM models for station/tunnel MEP systems to support LOD progression coordination quantities and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Model HVAC plumbing drainage fire protection and coordination interfaces in Revit.
- Run clash detection and support coordination workshops with all disciplines.
- Extract drawings/schedules and support procurement MTO/BOQ from the model.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards BEP naming and model QA checklists.
- Maintain models and packages in ACC/ProjectWise through controlled workflows.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services (or related).
- 10 years in MEP BIM on stations/airports/large buildings/transport hubs.
- Familiarity with codes interface (ASHRAE/NFPA/IBC) and constructability practices.
- Proven experience delivering LOD 300350 (and vendor integration preferred).
