Job Summary
What youll do
The main goal of this role is to work closely with our clients in innovative integrated business IT and cultural change processes where you also play a leading role in managing stakeholders and in supporting and managing organizational change. As a Senior Consultant you like to contribute to sales initiatives and Thought Leadership with the aim of further expanding competencies and propositions that help to acquire new assignments and clients and to expand our existing clients and of course the growth of your own career at PA.
- Lead or support the development of Target Operating Models and business architecture blueprints that support large-scale change programs within organizations.
- Technical and operational resilience analysing end-to-end operations (people process technology) that help organizations protect their reputation and comply with regulations.
- Transformation planning building combined business and technology roadmaps that support the planning and execution of organization-wide transformations.
- Lead or support ERP strategy development requirements definition and vendor selection.
- Manage ERP implementations including System Integrator oversight.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting or transformation projects
- Experience in ERP-enabled transformation programmes.
- Experience in working on behalf of clients in ERP programmes bridging client needs and technical (vendor) delivery.
- Familiarity with process standardisation and optimisation methodologies.
- Proven capability in change management.
- Strong consulting skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle SAP Dynamics or simlar)
- Ability to work across sectors and adapt to varied client environments.
- Experience in business process design data migration and reporting strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
