Job Summary

We are looking for You if You:
- want to gain experience in the area of recruitment and onboarding
- are communicative and proactive in action
- can work dynamically in a changing environment
- are characterized by great work organization and self-reliance.
Youll get extra points for:
- experience in the area of HR (especially in recruitment and/or onboarding process)
- ability to work under time pressure
- highly developed communication skills.
Your responsibilities:
- comprehensive support of recruitment and onboarding process such us:
- Onboarding organization hosting new joiners administration
- contacting Candidates and scheduling interviews
- handling tickets
- events participation
- general administration and support of Recruitment Team
- participation in HR projects

You will be joining a passionate Recruitment Team that loves creating a smooth and welcoming experience for new joiners. From organizing onboarding sessions and conducting interviews to supporting Global HR projects we make sure everything runs seamlessly.
