Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive culinary experience in upscale dining hotel or resort environments
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training required

- Strong knowledge of food trends culinary techniques and food safety compliance
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and motivation
- Proficiency in Nepali cuisine and familiarity with local ingredients and cooking techniques
- Ability to work effectively in high-altitude conditions (Kathmandu is situated at an elevation of about 1400 meters)
