We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the South Region team of a leading multinational company. This role provides strategic financial support to the Finance Director and commercial teams contributing to financial planning performance analysis and informed business decision-making within a highly governed multinational environment. The position requires a fluent command of English as it involves daily verbal interaction with international teams.
As part of the companys standard hiring practices the role is subject to professional and educational background verification including reference checks related to previous employment in accordance with applicable laws. A technical assessment may also be requested as part of the on-site interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Finance Director and Affiliate Management Team to deliver financial insights that support business decisions.
- Prepare and analyze reports on Sales SG&A Distribution Margin and local profitability.
- Actively participate in financial planning and reporting processes including Budget Forecast Long-Range Planning (LRP) and month-end close.
- Monitor and control expenses commercial policies cost structure and business cases.
- Support financial governance activities such as cash flow management balance sheet integrity transfer pricing and internal controls.
- Coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with commercial demand and supply teams.
- Provide financial input to brand strategies and business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Economics (Masters degree or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience ideally in multinational environments.
- Strong background in financial planning analysis and business partnering.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; experience with SAP Analytics Cloud HFM or Concur is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory).
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced deadline-driven international settings.
